These terms cover the use of this website. They do not cover any financial product, because we do not currently offer one.

What this site is

This site describes a product that Adelianz OÜ is building and has not launched. Nothing on it is an offer, a solicitation, or a contract for financial services. No account can be opened here, and no money can be held or moved.

What Adelianz is, and is not

Adelianz OÜ (registry code 14527107, Tallinn, Estonia) is a technology company. It is not a bank, an electronic money institution or a payment institution, it does not hold client funds, and it does not provide financial advice.

If the product launches, the account and card services described would be provided by a separately licensed financial institution, under that institution's own agreement with the customer. Whether any application is accepted would be that institution's decision, not ours.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate as our plans develop, but plans change. Figures shown in the illustrated account view are invented for illustration and describe no real account. Product details, scope and timing may change without notice, and features described may never ship.

Registering interest

Submitting the interest form creates no obligation on either side. It does not reserve an account or guarantee that we will be able to serve you. Please give accurate details — if you do not, we cannot usefully contact you.

Liability

We provide this site as it is. To the extent Estonian law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information here, given that the product it describes is not yet available.

Governing law

Estonian law governs these terms, and the Estonian courts have jurisdiction.
