This notice explains what Adelianz OÜ does with personal data collected through this website. It is short because the site currently does one thing: it lets you register interest in a product that is not yet available.
Who we are

What we collect, and why
If you submit the interest form, we collect the name and email address you enter, and optionally your company name, registry code and any note you write. We also record your IP address and browser user agent, and the time of submission.
- Name, email, company details, note — so we can contact you when onboarding opens and tell you whether your situation fits what we can serve.
- IP address and user agent — to limit abuse of the form. Nothing more.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools on this site. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Legal basis
We process these details on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in keeping the form from being abused. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it becomes clear the product will not launch — whichever comes first. If we have not contacted you within twenty-four months, we delete your record.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside Adelianz OÜ. Your details are stored on our own server in the European Union. We do not sell, rent or share them. If the product launches, any onboarding you then choose to start would involve a separate, regulated provider and its own terms — we will tell you clearly at that point, and none of your data goes there without you applying.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@adelianz.com and we will act within one month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
